After clarifying medical information and purpose for Breathwork, clients start breathing while lying down or supported sitting up, with guidance, for a set period of time.
Using a simple unique breathing technique that’s easy to maintain, individuals are taken into their subconscious where old programs can be modified.
Individuals are still conscious through the whole process.
